They are all really welcoming so if you have any ideas for prompts, feel free to reach out to Kristy on her blog or Twitter and please feel free to join in!

Here are the rules:

◦ Link back to this page on Caffeinated Fae

◦ If the prompt idea comes from another blog, link to that blog as well

◦ Use #FaeFriday when posting to social media so we can all find each other!

◦ Participate when you can and have fun with the prompt!

This week on #FaeFriday, we’re talking about healing! Faeries are known for their healing abilities. It doesn’t matter if it’s a dying plant or a broken heart. The fair folk can help mend what is broken. So this week’s prompt is:

Happy Valentines Day everybody! ❤️

A book that helped me through a difficult time was It's Not Ok To Feel Blue and Other Lies curated by Scarlett Curtis. This book contain a collection of essays from many different writers including activists, authors, comedians, actors and more on their experiences with mental health.

I struggle with some mental health issues including anxiety and depression and reading this book really helped me through some bad spots. It was nice to be able to read other peoples' experiences and know that I wasn't alone. I honestly would recommend this book to everyone, whether you struggle with mental health or not. It really helps put things in perspective.

What is a book that helped you through a difficult time? I look forward to everybody's FaeFriday posts and feel free to join in! I'll see you next week with the next prompt! ☺️

In the mean time, you can find me on my Twitter and Instagram!
